Requirements
- No painting experience required!
- Prior experience in manufacturing , labor, or an industrial environment
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance, transportation, and strong work ethic
- A drug-free workplace and a criminal background check are required.
Responsibilities
- Perform light touch-up painting on manufactured parts
- Assist with basic finishing tasks on heavy‑equipment components
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work as part of a production team
