About The Position
Tradesmen International is seeking skilled Industrial Apprentice Painters for immediate hiring in the Milwaukee, WI area. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $18 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and skill level. As an Industrial Apprentice Painter, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced craftsmen who prioritize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, which includes cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary. You will operate spray guns to apply two-part polyurethane paint to various products, ensuring even coverage and high-quality finishes. Adjusting spray gun settings and pressure levels according to product specifications is a key part of the job. Additionally, you will perform touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain product quality, monitor paint levels and equipment functionality, and report any issues to supervisors. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of paint and equipment, is also essential. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
