About The Position
W&W|AFCO Steel is seeking an Industrial Painter/Sprayer to join our team in Nashville, NC. This full-time position involves applying industrial coatings to various steel products, ensuring that all work is performed safely and in accordance with established safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and productivity, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The role requires standing for the entire shift and walking throughout the facility, which is essential for maintaining workflow and efficiency. Candidates should be prepared to lift weights ranging from 10 to 20 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with team members and supervisors, and basic math skills are required for measuring and mixing paint materials accurately. Flexibility in working hours, including the possibility of overtime, is also a key requirement for this position.
