This position will assist both the deburr department and paint shop. We are willing to train motivated applicants. Applicants with previous Manufacturing experience are highly encourage to apply.

Requirements

Must have the ability to problem solve and trouble shoot problems both independently and as part of team
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to read and follow instructions
Ability to work with a team
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours of the day

Nice To Haves

Previous Manufacturing experience
Previous Paint experience
Shows initiative and ability to identify problems

Responsibilities

Assist manufacturing team in grinding sharp edges
Assist in painting manufactured metal parts
Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material)
Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp piece
Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.
