About The Position
The position involves mixing paint of all finishes, setting up and maintaining all equipment, and recording various readings such as wet and dry mil readings, inside and outside temperature readings, dew point, and relative humidity readings. The employee will also be responsible for sandblasting, painting units with the necessary number of coats, properly reporting labor, and maintaining productivity levels according to plant goals. Adherence to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards is required.
