Industrial Paint Prepper
About The Position
We are seeking Industrial Paint Preppers. These are full-time W-2 positions with a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. Prepping consists of cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying fillers or primers to various metals. We are seeking individuals with work ethic and positive attitude. This position provides advancement into other roles and the possibility for a Painter position. Please apply and provide a resume if interested, these positions are immediate hire! Pay is $20-$23 an hour based on experience and an in-person interview. Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift available Pay: $20-$23 an hour based on experience Health insurance available after 90 days of employment. PTO is offered during first 30 days of employment. Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8- 10 hours per day and some Saturdays. Overtime Available Weekly Pay! Requirements Job Duties of Industrial Painter: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as needed Mix and apply primers and coatings to surfaces in accordance with specifications Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards and correct any defects Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and ventilation Maintain a clean and organized work area Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or other technical documents Assist with routine maintenance of painting equipment and tools Job Requirements for Industrial Painter: Experience in a manufacturing setting High school diploma or GED required Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces Consistent and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Pro Staffing Solutions, a proud division of Pro Mechanical Services Co. is a rapidly growing family-owned skilled trades labor contractor dedicated to connecting talented professionals with leading companies across the United States. Requirements

- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
