Industrial-Organizational Subject Matter Expert The Opportunity: As an I-O SME, you will work closely with Navy clients to tackle their unique challenges using applied research, evaluation, and analytics. Drawing on your consult ing acumen and a broad spectrum of expertise in human capital areas such as talent alignment, acqui sit ion, development, and sustainment, you will quickly shape ideas to bring about po sit ive change, all while collaborating with a high-performing team and driving progress to guide our clients through a period of change and tran sit ion. What You'll Do: C ond uct operational, programmatic, and strategic workforce planning through supply and demand analysis, forecasting, gap and risk analysis, and scenario planning Design, implement, and evaluate people- center ed initiatives to improve employee e nga gement, development, communication, and knowledge management practices Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, combining I-O met hodologies and advanced analytics to proactively identify and address leadership, business, and talent operations challenges Leverage subject matter expertise to guide complex change management initiatives that require strategic planning and process improvement activities Design and launch robust data collection efforts, perform advanced data analysis and visualization, use data insights to tell compelling stories, and deliver key insights to executive leadership across all aspects of the talent lifecycle Join us.
