Picture yourself guiding a crew through AM Step 4 tasks, locking in basic conditions, and deploying PM Step 3 standards so the line delivers safely, on time, and at quality. If you are fluent in TPM and Six Sigma and can influence in a represented environment, this role was built for you. Why this role matters Keep equipment at basic conditions through autonomous and planned maintenance execution. Use Total Productive Maintenance and Six Sigma (qualified in AM Steps 5–6 and PM Step 3) to drive stability and improvement. Lead, mentor, and influence a line team, handling tough interpersonal situations with professionalism. Communicate clearly, document rigorously, and uphold high standards of detail.

Requirements

  • Union experience
  • expertise in IL6 and lean manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Principles.
  • 2+ years in manufacturing, with production process exposure.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including work with union employees.
  • High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanics, electrical, manufacturing, or a closely related engineering discipline.
