Requirements

  • May be required to medically be cleared to wear respiratory protection
  • Must be able to comprehend companies' lockout/tagout program.
  • Demonstrates acceptable retention level for the required training elements
  • Demonstrates strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Must pass pre-employment mechanic's test

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Performs Maintains all piping systems, hydraulics, pumps, rail tracks, electrical systems, trams, and stationary industrial equipment
  • Performs maintenance on hoists, welding, and routine and as-needed maintenance and repair on all powered industrial equipment, as assigned.
  • Makes repairs on bulk storage tanks.
  • Performs required plumbing repair and modifications.
  • Keeps work areas clean and free of debris
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
