About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Must be available for 4 -10 hour shifts No weekends 2:30 pm - 1am Starting Pay: $23.55/hr 2nd Shift premium This position is responsible for the maintenance and repairs to Menard owned equipment.

Requirements

• Some sort of direct mechanical experience or an accredited technical degree
• Provide their own tools
• Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask
• Parts knowledge
• Must be able to take direction from management
• Must be able to work independently
• Able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs to semi-trailers
• Diagnose problems
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Perform accurate and timely repairs
• Look for additional repairs beyond what's listed
