The Industrial Mechanic Technician assembles machinery to enhance manufacturing operations and reliability. In this role, you’ll ensure the reliability and performance of automated and semi-automated machinery in a continuous production environment, while upholding Environmental Health, Safety (EHS), and Quality standards. This role collaborates with Production and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement machine improvements. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is part of the Maintenance Team located in Timonium, MD and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair to ensure optimal machine performance including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Perform fabrication and machining tasks. Execute maintenance work orders and accurately document activities in the CMMS system. Set up, calibrate, and test, components and mechanical assemblies using various tools. Collaborate daily with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations teams, and contractors to achieve production goals.
