About The Position
Consistently practice and enforce a safe work environment
Requirements
- Valid Master Electrician License
- Minimum 5–7 years of industrial electrical experience (food or poultry processing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution, motor controls, PLC interfaces, and VFDs
- Thorough understanding of NEC, OSHA, and industrial safety standards
- Ability to work in cold, wet, noisy, and fast-paced production environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience in poultry or food manufacturing facilities
- Familiarity with USDA-regulated environments
- Experience with automation and process control systems
- Supervisory or lead electrician experience
