Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Proven track record in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing actionable solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Lean Six Sigma, process control systems, workflow optimization, compliance management.
  • Analytical Strength: Advanced problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Agile Mindset: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to iterative improvement cycles.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Skilled at influencing and working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Analyze production data, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline workflows.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure adaptability and rapid iteration in manufacturing processes.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Design, Quality, Safety and Supply Chain teams to ensure manufacturability, scalability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process control documentation; ensure adherence to safety and environmental requirements.
  • Technology Adoption: Identify and integrate advanced manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on process performance, project status, and key metrics to leadership.
