About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes by troubleshooting and maintaining various electrical and mechanical equipment, including CNC machines. This role is crucial for minimizing production downtime and maintaining optimal equipment performance.

Requirements

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues in industrial settings.
• Proficient mechanical troubleshooting skills, capable of identifying and resolving mechanical problems in manufacturing equipment.
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a maintenance role.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain and repair CNC machines, ensuring their optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
