This position is a senior-level shop employee who functions at a high level of capacity in several key areas, including acting as turn leader (where appropriate), having expertise with all equipment - plus troubleshooting, being available to assist in other shops, performing preventive equipment maintenance, and handling certain administrative/recordkeeping functions.
