About The Position

The Zalk Josephs team is offering challenging and exciting career opportunities
for Maintenance Technician on Weekend shift. We are seeking qualified candidates
that are focused on quality and safety. Qualified candidates must be able to
perform all duties listed below safely and follow all company safety procedures.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Frequently lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds of material
• Frequently walking, stooping, balancing, reaching and climbing
• Work requires individuals with good vision and communication
• Often duties will require working from heights

Nice To Haves

• One (2) years or more of maintenance work experience at meets or exceeds performance expectations

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Perform monthly safety inspections and records
• Operates cranes, forklifts, drills, punch presses and other small tools as required
• Carry out various clerical or janitorial duties
• Must read and write the English language, perform mathematical calculations and read a tape measure
• Must always follow all safety rules and keep work area clean and safe from hazards
