2nd or 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician
About The Position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities ranging from millivolt to 480V 3 phase AC and DC power. 2. Applied knowledge of Servo drives, Fanuc robots, CNC controls, PLC controls, furnace controls 3. Extensive, recent background in a manufacturing environment; knowledge of advanced mechanical troubleshooting and associated repairs: alignments, parts replacement, machinery modifications 4. Must be able to complete all repairs associated with machining centers, mills, lathes, etc. 5. Troubleshoot and repair all hydraulic and pneumatic issues 6. Experience with installation of equipment ranging from rigging for safe movement of equipment to connections to associated facility systems 7. Structure predictive maintenance program and perform preventive maintenance including advanced repair machining centers and lathes. 8. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical printouts and operation sheets 9. Gain basic knowledge of 6S safety and ISO organizational standards 10. Develop exceptional safety record and promotes good safety practices 11. Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and a self-starter 12. Ability to lift 40 pounds, with or without assistance 13. Ability to accurately perform mathematical computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, also basic knowledge of percentages and decimals as related to manufacturing 14. Maintain records on work projects completed; prepare written reports related to work assignments; document actions and present written progress reports 15. Interface with all departments and levels of management 16.
