About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and production equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical systems, electrical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Technician, or Maintenance Mechanic
• Strong troubleshooting ability with manufacturing equipment or industrial machinery
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and equipment diagnostics
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals
• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Complete preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Install, repair, and replace motors, bearings, belts, sensors, and other components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Calibrate and adjust machinery for optimal production performance
• Conduct equipment testing and start-up procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and facility safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and work area
• Use computer systems for maintenance tracking, reporting, and communication
• Assist with equipment upgrades, facility maintenance, and improvement projects
