GENERAL SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician performs routine activities throughout the facility to maintain production equipment and prevent downtime. These activities include preventive maintenance, daily equipment repairs, following up on work orders, and troubleshooting to identify equipment issues. This role is also required to periodically be on call to cover non routine maintenance activities that occur during off hours. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Preventive maintenance tasks Troubleshooting industrial electric and pneumatic pumps and motors Repair and rebuilding of gear pumps and diaphragm pumps from ¾” to 3” sizes Changing of mechanical seals in pumps Shaft alignment for pumps Minor electrical work General facility upkeep and routine repairs Follow up on workorders. Must comply with all safety regulations and policies to ensure work is done is a safe manner. Maintain inventory of spare parts list. Other duties as assigned.
