About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude and proven expertise in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a hands-on individual who can perform diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly to ensure minimal downtime of production processes.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, precision measurement instruments, and diagnostic software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and report writing.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
Diagnose machinery faults and implement timely repairs to minimize disruption to production.
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve overall equipment efficiency.
Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Ensure all maintenance activities conform to safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Recommend improvements for equipment reliability and efficiency.
Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
Stay updated with the latest industry practices and technologies.
