About The Position

Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift We are a fast-paced countertop fabrication shop seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure our equipment operates safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime in an industrial environment, we’d like to connect with you. Requirements

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or fabrication preferred)
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Basic electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, wiring)
  • Proficiency with hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
  • Previous experience in commercial or industrial maintenance is required
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Self-Starter that can work on their own
  • Open to working 2nd shift
  • Training on 1st shift
  • Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CNC machinery or countertop/stone fabrication equipment
  • Welding (MIG/TIG) and basic fabrication skills
  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Familiarity with dust collection systems and air compressors
  • Forklift or lift certification

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment used in countertop fabrication
  • Perform preventative maintenance on saws, CNC machines, polishers, routers, compressors, and dust collection systems
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  • Minimize downtime through efficient troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and parts usage
  • Collaborate with production leadership to prioritize equipment needs
