Brown-Forman is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our distillery and bottling operations running smoother than our finest whiskey! What's Pouring In: ● Competitive pay ranging from $31.47 to $34.97 plus shift differential ($.40 2nd Shift, $.50 3rd Shift) ● Distillery Shift: 2nd - 3:00pm to 11:00pm | 3rd 11:00pm - 7:00am ● Bottling Shift: 2nd - 2:30pm to 11:00pm | 3rd 10:30pm - 7:00am Who We Are We believe great people build great brands. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a mechanic/machinist in process manufacturing
- Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Skills in machine shop equipment, welding techniques, and metal fabrication
- A knack for preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment modifications
- The ability to thread and install various types of pipes with finesse
- Computer savvy to keep up with the digital side of maintenance
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to lift and carry 80 pounds
- A commitment to safety, including the use of PPE and adherence to LOTO procedures
- Must be 21+ and ready to pass necessary screenings and tests
Nice To Haves
- Expertise in welding (Shielded metal, Arc, Oxyacetylene, Heliarc, and Mig)
- Experience with packaging line and material handling equipment repairs
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, man lifts, and other machinery
- Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders to precise specifications
- Knowledge of steam systems, pumps, motors, valves, and hydraulic systems
