Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machines and manufacturing equipment Machine installations and setup Perform adjustments and repairs of drives, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams Clean and assist with upkeep of facilities Work in a safe manner and recognize unsafe Take appropriate action to ensure safety of oneself and others Coordinate with production staff to schedule maintenance without disrupting workflow Complete all other work assigned, including cross-training and intermittent work in other departments Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
