Job Purpose: Ultimately responsible for preventative and diagnostic maintenance of equipment. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machinery Support with machine improvement and the installation of new equipment Must have controls, robot programming, and automation experience Complete TPM activities on workshop equipment Read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to perform required maintenance and service Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties Perform other duties as required or assigned by supervisor Follow all OSHA and internal safety standards Key Measures of Success Safety Record OEE Continuous Improvement Activity Machine Uptime PM Completion %
