Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in maintenance (industrial, facilities, automotive, or similar)
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on elevated platforms
- Willing to work in an industrial environment (dust, noise, movement)
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and skills assessment
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and repairs across facility systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues with accuracy
- Execute tasks from maintenance logs and preventative schedules
- Collaborate directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and production leads
- Maintain tool inventory, flag part needs, and document work
- Keep your area organized and functional for the next shift
- Ensure all work meets internal safety and operating standards
- Stay ahead of downtime, not behind it
