Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable Industrial Maintenance work experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment including welding, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Experience using computers for documentation
  • Welding and machinist experience
  • Mechanical aptitude including experience with industrial electronics, IE: 3 phase motors, motor control systems, AC and DC drives, PLC's, heater controls, HMI, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize work as well as work well with others
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Determining the cause of equipment breakdowns; fixing the issues within scope of role. When necessary, escalating issues to the appropriate next level including ideas for resolving the problem.
  • Responding to work orders and unplanned maintenance requests during shift.
  • Regularly using hand tools, powered tools, electronic testing equipment or other means to repair breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance, complete work orders and check equipment.
  • Following scheduled preventive maintenance procedures and reporting any necessary repairs that fall outside of preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Completing documentation related to closing work orders and equipment testing.
