Requirements
- 2 years industrial building maintenance
- 2+ years plumbing, HVAC, Electrical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Responsibilities
- Independently perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on plumbing, heating, refrigeration, air-conditioning low-voltage electrical systems, and other building systems and equipment.
