About The Position

Hartung Glass Phoenix, AZ is looking for a hands-on, go-getter Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Phoenix, AZ facility. If you're a troubleshooting wizard for both mechanical and electrical issues with proven ability to maintain top equipment performance—you might be exactly who we’re looking for. Bilingual preferred.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have at least 3-5 years of continuous hands-on manufacturing background.
Experience with 480v 3 phase/277v/110v/24v
High School Diploma or equivalent
Specialized training in mechanical and/or electrical systems
Ability to read and write in English; bilingual preferred
3-5 years of verifiable Industrial Mechanical and Electrical Plant Maintenance Experience.
Experience in electrical-240v, welding, plumbing, mechanical repairs, and HVAC
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to support overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing maintenance experience highly preferred
Glass industry experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

Contribute to maintenance planning, production standards, and problem-solving
Evaluate and ensure the reliability of facility systems and equipment
Tackle a variety of mechanical tasks: low voltage electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, and more
Diagnose and repair processors, relays, rollers, drives, and mechanical/electrical systems
Read and interpret technical documents and reports
Problem-solve complex maintenance issues with strong analytical skills
Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; keep the facility neat and operational
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery efficiently
Fabricate and repair machine guards, conveyors, pumps, and electro-mechanical equipment
Stay updated on technical knowledge and OSHA regulations
