Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
5+ years of professional maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
Leadership experience
Valid Driver’s License
High level of mechanical aptitude
Strong organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Valid Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish/English not required but a plus
Welding experience or willingness to learn
Hydraulic experience or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Operate independently to provide facility maintenance.
Provide preventive maintenance to balers, shredders, and conveyors.
Provide preventive maintenance and maintain gas-powered forklifts and Skid steers.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on balers, shredders, and conveyors.
Support safety initiatives and conduct training of new safety initiatives.
Utilize KPA software to manage work orders, log preventative maintenance, and support safety compliance efforts across the facility.
Maintain relationships with vendors/contractors
Manage shop supplies and parts.
53' semi-trailer knowledge is a plus.
Ability to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined.
