Requirements

• 2 years industrial building maintenance
• 2+ years plumbing, HVAC, Electrical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities

• Independently perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on plumbing, heating, refrigeration, air-conditioning low-voltage electrical systems, and other building systems and equipment.
