About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance Technician at Cabinet Connection is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical issues. The technician will work closely with machine technicians to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and maintain a log of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading electric diagrams and troubleshooting machines.
• Experience with electric systems (120v, 220v, and 480v).
• Mechanical knowledge with at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience with programmable logic controllers (3 years required).
• Welding skills and pneumatic/plumbing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Conduct electric installations and pneumatic installations.
• Utilize welding skills for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain the buildings in good condition.
• Keep a maintenance log in the system.
• Order parts as needed by communicating with the machine technician.
