Requirements

• Strong experience in maintaining mechanical systems.
• Expertise in repairing and installing hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience using various tools and equipment.
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor and belt systems.

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in Mig or Tig welding.
• Experience with tow motors or heavy equipment.
• Previous experience in a foundry environment.
• Open to auto mechanics with some electrical experience.
• Strong skills in preventive and industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair chemical mixing equipment such as grinders/mills, rotary equipment, conveyors, vacuum systems, pumps, and motors.
• Perform reactive maintenance on 1st shift and preventative maintenance on 2nd shift.
• Clean, lubricate, or adjust functional parts of machinery and control instruments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineered drawings.
• Perform general upkeep tasks and empty dust collection units as needed.
• Change dies in milling/cutting machines for different production jobs.
