About The Position

Shift: Wednesday -Friday4am - 4:30pm, plus 8hr shift every other Saturday Wage Range: $32/hr - $40/hr At Sweet Candy Company our mission is “To Make Life Sweet”, in maintenance we do this by providing reliable equipment that allows production to produce the delicious candy for our customers. Requirements

  • ALWAYS work safely, follow all safety protocols, so all our people go home in the same condition in which they arrived
  • Work in compliance with all GMP, Food Safety and Sanitation standards
  • Must collaborate well in a multi-cultural, team-oriented environment with a customer service and continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong background in troubleshooting factory automation systems
  • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment. Including knowledge of electrical control circuits, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, pneumatics, pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, and piping systems
  • Communicate effectively and frequently to all stake holders including; production operators, management, quality, sanitation, human resources, peers and team members
  • MS Office
