Job Description: Mechanical aptitude and a desire to use their mechanical ability to help the maintenance department maintain machine uptime and PM adherence Implement PM program as directed by our planner / scheduler Work hand in hand with all maintenance personnel working on breakdowns, utilities and projects Occasional weekend special projects / repairs Holiday planned maintenance / projects Unplanned major machine repair - emergency issues Take ownership of projects, plan participation, and identify special needs Support repair / project scheduled
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Focus on safety and quality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple efforts at once
- Ability to prioritize rapidly and be decisive
- Ability to use hand and power tools, as well as operate mobile equipment
Nice To Haves
- High school education and previous experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implement PM program as directed by our planner / scheduler
