The Industrial Maintenance Development Program is a full-time opportunity for an entry level maintenance position made available to trade or technical program graduates who major in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical, and other Industrial Maintenance programs. The program is designed to build a strong “bench” of multi-craft talent across our organization. Over 18 to 24 months, participants will complete a series of 6- to 8-month rotations within several ELLWOOD Business Units across their region. This hands-on experience exposes team members to a wide range of equipment and processes used throughout ELLWOOD, helping them develop a deep, versatile skill set. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to confidently troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain complex production equipment—positioning themselves as highly skilled, in-demand contributors to our operations.
