About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for a wide variety of manufacturing and facility maintenance and repair tasks. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The technician will also engage in basic HVAC system repairs and maintain a strong commitment to safety while documenting work performed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Two years trade school or equivalent industrial maintenance preferred.
• Experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems from 24v DC to 480v AC.
• Ability to wear Company standard respirators and be qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pneumatics and welding is a plus.
• Desire to learn and grow in both personal and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventative maintenance and repair on facilities and production equipment.
• Perform basic HVAC system repairs including filters, belts, bearings, and drives.
• Maintain strong commitment to safety and document daily EPA readings.
• Use and maintain all shop tools and equipment.
• Complete documentation of work performed and maintain spare parts inventory in computer-based software.
