We are currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electrical to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. The Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electrical is responsible for supporting Rhoads' Maintenance Department in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure smooth and consistent operations across all Rhoads Industries' business lines. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and maintaining operational efficiency. In addition to technical responsibilities, the Maintenance Department shares accountability with the Rhoads Quality/Safety Director in upholding and enforcing all applicable safety precautions and programs associated with the use and maintenance of equipment. The Industrial Maintenance Technician - Electrical is expected to thoroughly read, understand, and adhere to Rhoads' standard procedures for equipment maintenance, as well as ISO 9000 standards related to tools, and any ASME and AISC requirements governing equipment and tool standards.
