Make Your Mark at Prysmian! Job Description: Perform routine facility maintenance to prevent possible mechanical failure. Change worn out machine parts before they can cause mechanical damage. Conduct quality assessments and maintain inventory. Ensure machines are up and running at all times to keep the facility operating. Expected to be equipped with skills in customer service, problem-solving, reading comprehension, business operation, and mechanical aptitude. Brief Summary of Primary Duties: Deliver production team plans towards safety, quality, cost and delivery within the scheduled requirements Knowledge in operation of machinery, manufacturing processes, inspection methods, troubleshooting techniques in a safe work environment Maintain safe work environment by abiding by current safety procedures, monitoring operations to develop new safety procedures and working in close cooperation with any affected employees. Responsible for identifying, developing and introducing improvements utilizing Team techniques with a goal of creating and managing a highly effective work. Maintain housekeeping within department. Communicate with other Team members concerning all aspects of the job
