About The Position

Liberty Tire Recycling is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you would be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing our company's equipment at our facility.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic, preferably in a recycling or manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical knowledge and experience with industrial electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Ability to consistently life 50lbs.
Ability to work in all weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Certifications or technical training in mechanics and electrical systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct and document preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on company's equipment.
Inspect and repair manufacturing machines as required.
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
Other duties as needed.
Complies and follows ALL Company Safety Rules and Local & State Regulations.
Inspects, Maintains building, grounds, and Equipment
Handles all necessary repairs as needed.
Follows Written and Verbal Directions.
Ability to Read “Most” manuals, blueprints, and other written documentation related to equipment here at our site.
MUST have “Most” of your own tools. Some “specialty” tools / items specific to Liberty Tire will be provided.
