They are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for the night shift to join their growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and systems, contributing to the overall success of operations. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on both stationary and mobile equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation during the night shift. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with various maintenance tasks, including emergency breakdown response, equipment installation, and facility repairs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a proven track record of innovation and creativity in maintenance solutions.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards, ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets.
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • Prior industrial multi-craft maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in interpreting schematics, hydraulics, and pneumatic diagrams, as well as mechanical blueprints. Bring innovative solutions to maintenance challenges.
  • Skilled in welding and fabricating, utilizing cutting-edge technology to optimize maintenance processes.
  • Ability to operate maintenance vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring smooth operations throughout the night shift.
  • Extensive experience in three-phase and single-phase electrical repairs, including advanced troubleshooting and arc welding with stick and MIG abilities.
  • Capability to independently troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs using innovative problem-solving techniques.
  • Working understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
