About The Position

As our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be the go-to problem solver who keeps production humming. Each day, you will move between preventive work, fast-response troubleshooting, and collaborative improvements that make the entire facility safer and more efficient.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling or certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or similar industrial role.
• Working knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strength in diagnosing faults and repairing diverse equipment.
• Keen attention to detail with solid problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communicator who works well on cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to support varied schedules, including some weekends or holidays as needed.
• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on plant machinery and building systems.
• Inspect equipment to catch issues early, documenting findings to meet safety and compliance expectations.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and urgent calls to minimize downtime.
• Log maintenance activities, parts used, and repair outcomes with accuracy.
• Work with teammates to refine procedures, standardize best practices, and support continuous improvement.
• Assist with installing and commissioning new machinery and support systems.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas while following all safety protocols.
