About The Position

A Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will use Diversified work to tear down,
rebuild and adjust any type of machine regardless of make or model. Scrape ways
and bearings, line levels and adjust machine. Use a variety of machine tools.
Considerable judgment necessary to adapt standard machines to special purposes.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain workmanship standards in order to
maintain efficiency or accuracy of machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on CNC machines to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with CNC equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components, including motors, drives, and controllers.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine performance.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.
• Works with shop mathematics, handbook formulas, blueprints and a wide variety of measuring instruments.
