Join Our Team We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support and maintain our industrial chemical process operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
  • Familiarity with mixers, pumps, gearboxes, and material handling equipment
  • Willingness to get a Minnesota boiler license (paid for by H.B. Fuller)
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
  • A safety-first mindset and a can-do attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Related degrees or certifications
  • Skills in mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and PLCs

Responsibilities

  • Keep our mixers, pumps, motors, and other equipment in top shape with regular maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues during production
  • Calibrate and maintain high-tech systems like PLCs and load cells.
  • Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and keep things moving
  • Stay organized by documenting your work and following safety procedures
  • Jump in for emergency repairs or on-call support when needed
