About The Position

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Working knowledge of mechanical power systems and related equipment.
• Possess sound mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

• Two-year degree in a mechanical technology discipline.
• At least one year of experience running basic machining equipment (turning, milling, welding).
• Apprenticeship certificate in the mechanical or industrial field.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of operating principles and design limitations of tools and equipment used in machinery installation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other 3Mers to support and guide each other in the workplace.
• Diagnose and correct mechanical malfunctions.
• Layout job scope for new equipment installations, equipment modifications, and system upgrades.
• Work overtime and respond to call-ins as required for plant operations.
• Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties.
