Leveling (pay) is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience. We are offering a $5000 sign on bonus for new hires. The bonus is paid out in $2500 following completion of 90 days and $2500 at completion of 180 days. * *Rehires are not eligible for sign on bonus. This position is on a rotating schedule. The hours are 6:00pm – 6:00am.

Requirements

• Have 1 year industrial maintenance experience and/or industrial maintenance education combined.
• Must be willing and able to lift 70 lbs. daily.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production.
• Set up, adjust and break down production line machinery.
• Perform single phase and 3 phase electrical troubleshooting and repairs on production and plant equipment.
• Perform fabrication and welding job duties as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor.
• Learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system.
• Read manuals, diagrams, part lists, blueprint, schematics, and service manuals.
• Use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.
