Industrial Maintenance Lead, Concrete Batch Plant Operations

About The Position

Ready to Own Plant Reliability? Do you bring deep manufacturing know-how and the grit to work through every season? As our Industrial Maintenance Lead, you’ll orchestrate support teams that keep a concrete batch plant on pace for quality, schedule, and cost. What You’ll Tackle Turn production orders and BOM details into clear priorities, sequences, and schedules for support crews. Coordinate maintenance windows with production to hit spec and delivery targets. Comb through operating and production reports to spot risks early and remove roadblocks. Drive standard work: write, revise, and reinforce procedures; verify on-the-floor compliance. Improve utilization and performance across equipment and labor. Field employee concerns professionally; escalate unresolved matters to the Production Superintendent. Compile, store, and retrieve operational data; run IFS production and time/attendance reports and issue shop card reports. Roll up your sleeves as needed—carpentry, warehouse coordination, metal and welding fabrication, and safe equipment operation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 7–10+ years in manufacturing.
  • 1–2+ years supervising teams with the confidence to make independent calls.
  • Comfort in a plant environment and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Day travel 2–3x/month; overnight travel < 3 days/year.
