In this operations role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the equipment and machines are proactively maintained and in top working order. Your curiosity to learn how things work and why will be essential in creating cost-effective solutions that contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the plant. You will work closely with Production teams to meet daily production goals, showcasing your technical and problem-solving skills while promoting the safety of team members.
