Industrial Lead Security Officer
About The Position
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Industrial Lead Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. The Industrial Lead Security Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
- 1 year of supervisor experience required.
- Driver Certification.
