What You’ll Own Equipment lifecycle tasks: repair, installation, start-up, and safe operation to company standards and safety practices. Customer guidance: accurate diagnosis, clear findings and recommendations, and hands-on instruction following installation and testing. Preventive care: routine maintenance; remove faulty components for repair; request and order parts to replace worn items. Documentation: thorough, accurate service reporting for every job. Mechanical work: collaborate on disassembly of equipment and components for maintenance or repair. Parts management: research and place parts orders; review work orders and invoices so parts arrive on time and deadlines are met. Vehicle logistics: maintain on-truck inventory and submit timely expense reports. Field response: travel within the territory for on-site installs, troubleshooting, and repairs; respond to emergency and unscheduled maintenance as assigned by the Service Manager. Team impact: escalate top issues to the Service Manager and share ideas that improve processes and best practices. Department support: step in on additional tasks to keep operations efficient.
