About The Position

Heavy cleaning of the building to maintain the cleanliness of the plant and grounds per company GMPs. Work in a safe and efficient manner to be productive, while maintaining a high quality of work. This is a temp to hire position. First shift hours 6am to 2pm and Second shift hour 2pm to 10pm.

Requirements

Must have previous experience in industrial cleaning of 3 + years.
Must have good past working habits and attendance record.
Must be self-motivated to work independently to complete daily/monthly/yearly/tasks.
Must have good communication skills both verbally and written.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Available to work overtime.
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

Complies with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant and department including the use of personal protective equipment.
Perform all assigned job duties.
Use an industrial floor scrubber to clean the production floors.
Emptying the production area garbage including dumpsters.
Run the Paper Baler to compress and bale paper for recycling.
Be able to work at heights using a Boom Lift to clean rafter areas.
Any other misc. duties like cleaning doors, windows, walls as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
